Directions:
From I-5 exit 253 (Salem/Detroit Lake exit)take Hwy 22 East for 21 Miles and turn left on Fern Ridge Rd. just before the "Gingerbread House". Follow Fern Ridge Rd. North for 1 Mile and Look for "Race Today" sign! Take a hard right and go through yellow gate and up Gravel road for 2 Miles to Start/Finish area at the campground.  MAP *If you get lost finding the course, you will be in big trouble once your on it* Carpooling is strongly encouraged due to limited parking!
Course Description:
Roughly 7 Mile loop of single track trails and logging roads around Oregon Department of Forestry's Shellburg Falls. This challenging course provides significant elevation gain covering very scenic single track trails around, and even behind Shellburg Falls! Expect muddy and possible icy conditions on the course, so dress accordingly! The course will be well marked. NO aid station on this course, so if aid is needed please bring with you. Pets are allowed. Awards for the Top 3 overall Male and Female Finishers and 1st place age group winners! Age groups are 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+. Random prizes will be given away from our sponsors.
