Last Sunday 9/13 Shandi and Gary ran the XTERRA Trail Run Nationals in Bend! It was a beautiful and challenging course starting and finishing in the Old Mill District. It was a 13.1 Mile Half Marathon that ran along portions of the Deschutes river trail and other single track and gravel roads. We did pretty good considering we had both ran the Hood to Coast relay two weeks before and our bodys were feeling it! Results and Photos are in! Shandi was bib# 213 and Gary #270.
